Shipping Information

I want your pieces to arrive safely. Here’s how shipping works:

  • Within Australia: Free tracked shipping on all orders.
  • New Zealand: Flat rate AUD $20.
  • United Kingdom, USA & Canada: Flat rate AUD $45.

 

All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking. A signature is required on delivery. Deliveries to PO boxes may be held at your local post office, and Australia Post will notify you when the item is available for collection.

Please note: Once the parcel is with the postal service, any delays, loss, or damage are the responsibility of Australia Post.

Import duties & taxes: Depending on your country, import duties and taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country and value. For details, please check with your local customs office. There are no additional taxes or duties on Australian deliveries.

If your country is not listed above, please get in touch — we’ll work it out together.

US Orders – Import Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs processing fees.

In 2025, the United States removed the duty-free threshold for international purchases. This means all orders entering the US are now processed through US Customs and may incur additional charges.

These fees are:

  • determined by US Customs and Border Protection
  • payable by the customer on delivery
  • outside of our control

 

We are unable to estimate or pre-collect these charges.

By placing an order, you agree to pay any import duties, taxes or customs fees required by your country.

Customs processing may also cause occasional delivery delays.

Returns & Exchanges

I handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in saleable condition: unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Custom, resized, or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Credit or exchange is issued once your return has been received and inspected.

 

Change of Mind:

  • Refunds are not offered for change of mind.
  • In some cases, a store credit may be available — please contact me to discuss.
  • Credits and gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

 

Your item is eligible for exchange or store credit if:

  • It has not been altered or had external work done.
  • It is returned in original condition: unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Returned within 14 days of pick-up or delivery.
  • Return postage is covered by the customer.

 

Terms of Service

Many pieces are made-to-order or finished specifically for you. Manufacturing times vary — please refer to individual product listings for estimates. By placing an order, you acknowledge these timeframes and accept this returns and exchange policy. Custom or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned due to change of mind or incorrect sizing. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Consumer Guarantees (Australia)

Under Australian Consumer Law, all goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure.
  • Repair or replacement if the item fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not major.

 

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact me — I’ll arrange an appropriate remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Please note: Normal wear, accidental damage, or improper care is not considered a fault. Natural stones may contain inclusions and variations — these are not faults.

Privacy

All designs, images, and written content on this website are my intellectual property. Any personal information collected during checkout is used solely to process your order and will never be sold or shared, unless required by law.

Ring Size

For best accuracy, have your finger measured by a jeweller. Variations in ring profile, width, or thickness can affect fit. All rings listed on this site may be resized up or down by up to three sizes. Contact me with any sizing questions.

Product Care

Each piece is made to be worn and enjoyed for years, but jewellery is not indestructible. Proper care will help maintain its beauty and integrity.

General Care:

  • Remove jewellery before showering, exercising, swimming, or applying lotions/perfumes.
  • Avoid gardening, lifting weights, or exposure to harsh chemicals while wearing jewellery.
  • Do not sleep in chains or delicate pieces.
  • Store jewellery separately in a soft pouch or box to prevent scratches.

 

Enamel Care:

  • Vitreous enamel is durable but can chip or crack if dropped or struck.
  • Avoid bending or putting pressure on enamelled areas.
  • Handle enamelled pieces with care and store safely.

 

Cleaning:

  • Gold and silver can be gently cleaned with a soft polishing cloth.
  • Avoid liquid cleaners on enamel or pieces with stones.
  • For deeper cleaning or guidance, contact me.

 

Custom Work & Production Times

I love working with clients to create custom pieces with personal meaning — talismans, place-inspired designs, or pieces celebrating moments in time.

How it works:

  • We start with a conversation about ideas, materials, inspiration, and budget.
  • Concepts are developed collaboratively until we arrive at a design that feels right.
  • If I feel I’m not the best fit — whether due to style, technique, or timeline — I will always be honest and, if appropriate, refer you to a trusted contemporary jeweller.

 

Production Times:

  • Most made-to-order or custom pieces require 4–6 weeks, depending on complexity.
  • Pieces with vitreous enamel may take longer to ensure colour consistency and finish.
  • If you have a deadline or special date, please contact me before ordering.
